Everyone on Yubo can send Reactions, but if you're an Elite Pack subscriber, you can also view Reactions from people you aren't friends with yet. You can then respond and chat with the people who reacted. If you’re not an Elite Pack subscriber and one of your friends sends you a reaction, you can see who sent it.
