On Yubo as in life, you might occasionally run into someone you have a past with, who doesn’t match your vibe, or that you just plain don’t like. Like we said, it happens.
To block any user any time for any reason at all:
- Tap their profile picture to open their profile.
- Hit the shield icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Block.
Once you block someone, they won’t be able to find your profile, message you, or join any of your Live sessions. Any shared content between you will also be removed.
To unblock a user:
- Go to your profile and tap the settings (⚙️) icon.
- Head to Safety and Privacy > Blocked Users.
- Find the user and tap Unblock if you’ve changed your mind.
Your blocking and unblocking capabilities are unlimited — and totally up to you. It’s one of the ways we help make your Yubo experience exactly how you want it.
