I have a subscription, but haven't received my perks

If you’ve subscribed to a Power Pack or Elite Pack but your features aren’t showing up, don’t worry — it’s usually an easy fix.

First, double-check that you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google Play account and Yubo account you used to make the purchase. Then, make sure you’ve got the latest version of the app installed. Try logging out, force-closing the app, and logging back in.

If you’re on iOS, you can also head to Profile > Settings > Restore Purchases to refresh things manually. If you’re still having no luck, try reinstalling Yubo or restarting your device.

Subscribed via Link  (iOS — US only): Go to Settings → Manage Subscription to verify your subscription is active. If features are still missing after logging out and back in, contact our support team and include your Link  confirmation email as proof of purchase

If your perks still aren’t showing up after that, contact us here. Be sure to include a screenshot of your purchase receipt (and the GPA ID on your invoice if you’re on Android), and we promise we’ll get the problem solved.
