I have a subscription but haven't received my perks

If you are subscribed to the Power Pack or the Elite Pack but can't use your powers (secretly seeing who swiped right on you, unlimited reverse swipe, free turbos, etc.), please try the following solutions.

  1. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google Play account you made the purchase on.
  2. Make sure you are signed into the same Yubo account you made the purchase with.
  3. Make sure you have the latest version of Yubo installed.
  4. Log out and force close the app and log back into your Yubo account.
  5. If you are on iOS, on the app please go to Profile > Settings > Restore Purchases.
  6. Uninstall and reinstall Yubo
  7. Restart your device

If you are still not receiving the powers after trying the solutions above, please contact us using this form and attach a screenshot of your receipt from Apple or Google (if you you're on Google, can you please share with us the GPA id found your invoice).
