Do I have rights over my data?

Yes — your data is yours. 💛

Yubo gives you control over your personal information, from what you share to how it’s used. You can access your data, update it, or delete your account anytime in Settings > Safety & Privacy.

On Yubo, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data at any time. The easiest way to do this is to go to Account Settings > Safety and Privacy > Personalization and Data > Get My Data.
  • Rectify your personal data. You can update most of your data directly on the Yubo app.
  • Request erasure (deletion) of your personal data. The easiest way to do this is to go to Account Settings > Delete My Account.
  • Withdraw your consent (in the cases where we rely on your consent to process your data). You can withdraw your consent through in-app settings. You can do so by going to Safety and Privacy > Location or Camera and microphone, or Personalization and data. You can also go to Push notifications to manage your notification permissions.
