Turbos 
are one of the purchasable power ups. Using a Turbo will boost your profile on Swipe for 30 minutes, giving your profile much more visibility and the opportunity to quickly meet more people.
To boost your profile go to Profile > tap the Turbo button > and tap Start Now. You can also boost your profile from Swipe by tapping the Turbo button
