All purchases of subscriptions or in-app items are nonrefundable, unless otherwise required by local regulations in the country where you are based. For example, the European Union has a 14-day withdrawal period. Please find below the instructions on how to request a refund.
On iOS
If you are an iOS user, refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund through Apple, please follow these steps:
- Click this link: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in to the Apple ID you used to make the purchase.
- Find your Yubo purchase.
- Click the "Report a Problem" button.

On Android
If you are an Android user, you want to get a refund, and you are still within the 14 days from the purchase date, please follow these steps:
- Go to: https://support.yubo.live/hc/en-us/requests/new
- Select I am a Yubo user > My App > Purchase issues > I want to cancel my subscription.
- Please ensure that you provide the following information: purchase number (starting with GPA), date of purchase, and amount of purchase.
On Link
Purchased via Link (iOS — US only): Use the 'Contact support' link in your Link confirmation email, or visit Stripe support. No Link account required.
Eligible cases: non-receipt, not as described, duplicate charge, unauthorized payment. 60-day deadline.
