I want to request a refund

All purchases of subscriptions or in-app items are nonrefundable. However, you can request a refund through your app store provider.

On iOS:

If you are an iOS user, refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund through Apple please follow these steps:

  1. Click this link: reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign into the Apple ID you made the purchase with
  3. Find your Yubo purchase
  4. Click the "Report a Problem" button

On Android:

If you are an Android user and it has been less than 48 hours since the charge, please follow the instructions in this Google Support article: Get a refund on Google Play
