All purchases of subscriptions or in-app items are nonrefundable, unless otherwise required by local regulations in the country where you are based. For example, there is a 14-day withdrawal period in the European Union. Please find below how to request a refund.
On iOS:
If you are an iOS user, refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund through Apple please follow these steps:
- Click this link: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign into the Apple ID you made the purchase with
- Find your Yubo purchase
- Click the "Report a Problem" button

On Android:
If you are an Android user, you want to get a refund and you are still within the 14 days from the purchase date please follow these steps :
- Go to: https://support.yubo.live/hc/en-us/requests/new
- Select I am a Yubo user > My App > Purchase issues > I want to cancel my subscription.
- Please make sure that you provide those informations : purchase number (starts by GPA), date of the purchase, amount of the purchase
