Uninstalling Yubo or deleting your account won’t cancel your subscription — that part has to be done through your app store. To stop your Power Pack or Elite Pack from renewing, head to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings and manage your active subscriptions there.
Both Apple and Google recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to make sure you aren’t charged for the next cycle. For detailed instructions, check out their help pages on how to cancel a subscription in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscribed via Link (iOS — US only): Go to Settings → Manage Subscription directly in the Yubo app. You'll be redirected to a secure Link portal to complete the cancellation. Not sure which method you used? Check your purchase confirmation email — if it came from Link or Stripe, you're in the Link flow.
