It’s not a bot, scammer or influencer — just a real human from Yubo helping with a situation.
Quick note: If you try to add an account with a blue check and get an error that says “This user blocked you,” it just means that account has to add you first. If you do connect with a Yubo team member, we get that it’s probably just to stay in touch while we fix something with your experience, so there’s no hard feelings if you unfriend us after, we promise.
