If you’re reporting an impersonation of yourself, we’ll need to confirm it’s really you. When you reach out as instructed above, please include:
- A clear photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or school ID)
- A photo of you holding your ID next to your face
- A photo of you holding a handwritten note that says “Yubo Team Support” and the current date
You can cover up any info that’s not needed for verification. Once we review your submission and confirm your identity, we’ll remove the fake account.
