If you are subscribed to the Power Pack but can't use your powers (secretly seeing who swiped right on you, unlimited reverse swipe, free turbos, etc.), please try the following solutions.
- Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google Play account you made the purchase on.
- Make sure you are signed into the same Yubo account you made the purchase with.
- Make sure you have the latest version of Yubo installed.
- Log out and force close the app and log back into your Yubo account.
- If you are on iOS, on the app please go to Profile > Settings > Restore Purchases.
- Uninstall and reinstall Yubo
- Restart your device
