Users with a Galaxy S20 device. If you're having any other type of device and are nonetheless experiencing a problem with swipes, you can be 100% sure that this is related to something else. In such a case, this article is a good place to start.
What's happening? 💥
When being under One UI 3.0 with a Samsung S20, the swipe gesture isn't working anymore on Yubo. It creates two main issues:
- The swipe tab isn't usable
- You can't close lives since you need to swipe right on the live miniature to close them
How to solve this 😎
You'll need to do two things:
- Update your phone to the latest Android Version
- Making sure you have the latest One UI Version (One UI 3.1)
To check your current One UI Version, go to Settings ➡️ About Phone ➡️ Software Information ➡️ One UI Version.
Samsung is currently releasing One UI 3.1 progressively to all Samsung devices. If you don't have it accessible yet, don't worry: this will be available in the days to come. Simply make sure to install all available updates.
