See someone with a blue verification checkmark?

Anyone with a blue verification check mark are official accounts who work for Yubo. When you see them online, they are usually chatting with people to get feedback and answer questions. These accounts are not a scam, and they are operated by real human beings, not AI or bots.

Remember:

  • If you try to add an official Yubo account, and you receive an error message that says, “This user blocked you,” please keep in mind that the official account hasn’t actually blocked you. It’s just that they have to add you first in order to become friends.
  • If you don’t want to be friends with an official Yubo account, just unfriend them. No hard feelings!

Feel free to interact with any official Yubo account with a blue verification checkmark.
