My child / student is under-16 but has a Yubo profile – why were they allowed to do this and can you remove it?

Like many other social apps, we aren’t currently able to verify the age of our users at sign-up so it’s particularly important that young people are honest about their age.

If we identify or receive a report about a potentially underage profile, our moderation team checks the profile and may decide to suspend the user’s account.
